WELCOME TO AFRICABE.COM

Welcome to AfricaBe.Com an interactive pan African online magazine designed to challenge perceptions about the African continent and its people. AfricaBe.Com is the platform through which young Africans can discuss pertinent issues on the continent, whilst celebrating the success of its people. The main features of the website include articles, entrepreneurship, travel, fashion, entertainment and educational resources. The website hopes to be more than just a platform for rhetoric and seeks to inspire its readers to take positive steps to change the typography of the continent.  The website was founded by Linda Mabhena whilst she was studying in the UK. Mabhena grew tired of the negative perceptions that her European colleagues had about the continent at first she was driven by the desire to dispel the myths about the continent, however through the process she realised that Africans also needed to know more about each other and what they are doing across the continent. Currently her team comprises of individuals from different corners of the continent including Nigeria, Kenya, Botswana, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
